This course will cover best practices for surgical scheduling and block time maintenance. We will touch on physician preference cards, managing expectations, and managing the budget.

This course will go over the entire State Operations manual so the learner will walk away with a solid understanding of what is expected and what the surveyors will be looking for when they visit.
