Bernadette Cupo brings 28 years of healthcare experience, beginning her career in the U.S. Army as a Combat Medic and Surgical Technician. This early clinical foundation shaped her disciplined, hands-on approach to patient care and healthcare operations, and continues to influence her work today.

Over the course of her career, Bernadette transitioned into leadership roles within the ASC setting, serving as an Administrator for the past 10 years. In this role, she has developed extensive experience in regulatory compliance, accreditation, and survey readiness, while supporting both de novo ASC development and the relocation of existing centers. She has worked closely with clinical and executive teams to navigate complex regulatory environments and prepare organizations for CMS and accreditation surveys.

Based in Florida, Bernadette leverages her clinical background and operational experience to support organizations nationwide in achieving and maintaining compliance. She is known for her direct, practical approach and her ability to guide teams with clarity and confidence in highly regulated healthcare settings.
